Refund policy

At HorrorSlippers, every pair of slippers is handmade and crafted specifically for your order. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Refunds or Returns

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Buyer remorse
  • Any other reason unrelated to a manufacturing defect

Since each order is individually handmade, accepting returns would result in significant material, labor, and production costs that cannot be recovered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the problem is determined to be the result of a manufacturing error or shipping damage, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if production has not yet begun. Once production starts, your order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
